I ask that payment for sessions be made 24 hours prior to the appointment by bank transfer. My bank details will be shared when booking the appointment. Alternatively I also accept cash at the time of the appointment.

I understand that plans sometimes need to change and I require at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation, otherwise you will be charged for the missed session. Sessions cancelled by myself will not be charged and I will do my best to give you adequate notice if I need to reschedule our appointment. If payment has already been made I will of course refund the full payment for that session.
